Hello! This is the last of that special paper I purchased at the 2017 Convention-Toys r Us-it's especially poignant since they have all closed now! These are my 2 grandsons on a trip there, playing with their fave--LEGOS. Here is the 2nd of 2 monthly sketches @ (click & go) -> Let's Get Sketchy. Hope you can join us!
Hello! I had to do a Pocketletter for an individual swap. The topic was "jars". I had no ideas until I sat down to actually do it and then I decided to do shakers in every pocket and cover many events throughout each year. I have to say, its one of my most favorite PL creations since I started a year ago (it's PL #26!). I also kept (click & go) -> Creative Embellishments in the forefront, my goal being to use their products in every jar too!
You have 3 weeks to join in on this month's challenge for a chance to win $50 in their fabulous products; check the link above for the challenge details for October! -Hope you have time to join us!
Hello! I just got back from Florida-I have spent half this past year there helping my mother. Last week, my twin nephew flew in from Texas-he had 2 days off...I am so thankful that the family goes out of their way to visit during her decline. Family was always so important to my mother and really helps her now.
Since I am also in the photo -I joined in the October challenge @ (click & go) -> Scrap Yourself. the challenge this month is to create your own background-so I used 3 stencils, distress inks and paste for this background. I also did this page with inspiration from Amie on scrapbook.com for the scraplift challenge-I turned her page sideways.
Hello! I came across these photos from a 2017 scrapbooking weekend getaway. We had a whole house to ourselves with meals provided-You could NOT ask for anything more! I had the mugs made for everyone and filled them with candy. We really had a super fun time!
I used the 1st of 2 monthly sketches from (click & go!) -> LET'S GET SKETCHY. They are always user friendly and easy to make your own!

and the "twist" is to use multiple photos/images on your project.
MY PROJECT is a scrapbook Layout:
Creative Emebllishments Products Used: Mesh panel: I cut and covered the panel w/Tim Holtz picket fence distress paint, let it dry and then dabbed it with the paint again. Bootiful Title: I used Sharpies to color the title black, blue and the white is again, the white distress paint. Then I added Googlie Eyes like the treats we made that day.
